The Knitting and Stitching Show at Alexandra Palace, North London running from 11th-14th October is the leading textile event in the UK. With a diverse workshop programme, interactive demonstrations and impressive galleries from the very best textile artists, as well as over 300 exhibitors offering a wide variety of crafting materials, there’s sure to be something to inspire every maker.
This year, Kerry and Team TOFT are thrilled to be presenting the entire Edward’s Menagerie collection of animals including dinosaurs, birds, monsters, dolls and dogs - a monumental display of over 400 different crochet creations straight from the pages of the Ed’s Index, and we’ll even have some new giant friends joining us for the trip down to London too, don’t miss out on a selfie to share on social media!
If this news wasn’t jaw-dropping enough, we’ll also be hosting a hangout area in the Palm Court forecourt, very close to our gigantic display. Come and meet other crafters and Ed’s Animals fans from all over the world, and swap stories and suggestions with like-minded individuals, and put your feet up from a hard day’s shopping whilst getting a few rounds in of your ongoing project. Our TOFT Experts will also be available for drop in Learn to Knit and Crochet sessions, whether you’ve never picked up a crochet hook before or you just need a hand to grasp a tricky technique.
