TOFT are very proud to present a 15th Birthday collection, brought together by revisiting and perfecting our most iconic and favourite designs from the last decade and a half. These patterns helped shape TOFT into the company it is today, each one causing a twist and turn on our path to 2021. These patterns follow our journey from the very early ready-to-wear collections through to the first creation of Edward’s Menagerie and to a brand new pattern that celebrates this year and the future.
TOFT’s classic Nootlin snowflake pattern is one of our most loved and popular crochet patterns, which was originally available in 2013. This crochet snowflake makes a great gift and is super cute as a decoration for your Christmas tree.
“When we first built the HQ studio and finally had a big enough space to host workshops in a purpose-built building, it was this snowflake that really put us on the map in Warwickshire. Throughout that year we hosted group workshops attended by thousands of people here at HQ - including a farm tour to meet the alpacas, cream tea, and a learn to crochet a snowflake workshop. At our height we hosted two of these a day, five days a week, and we really became known in the Midlands for a place to come and craft. It was this year that we perfected our scone recipe, became seriously fit as a team as we walked up and down the TOFT hills, and met lots of local customers who would return to HQ for years to come.”

YOU WILL NEED: To complete TOFT’s snowflake pattern you will need a few added extras, including a 4mm crochet hook and a wool needle. Go to our recommended section below to get direct links to these products.
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your snowflake is approximately 12cm across at the widest point after blocking. You can make 10 snowflakes from one ball of ARAN yarn.
