A very special new design to celebrate 10 years of crochet for TOFT! Back in 2012 Kerry Lord picked up a crochet hook for the first time and sat down to learn the double crochet stitch from a video. Later that day the first Edward's Menagerie animal was complete - Bridget the Elephant. A decade on Kerry has revisited the elephant, this time creating Albus the African elephant with larger more shapely ears, a textured trunk and tusks that fit neatly inside sockets. There is a full YouTube video to accompany the making of Albus which contains all the techniques and also the hack pattern to turn Bridget into Albus (if you already have the original Edward's Menagerie book).
