Following changes to adapt during the pandemic, our HQ shop will not reopen at HQ, Warwickshire. Sadly we no longer offer workshops, coffee and cake, social browsing or visitors to HQ.

UK: The £50 order value does not include digital content (for example, pattern downloads or workshop bookings) or any of our subscriptions, even when paired with other physical items.

EU: When placing an order under €150 from the EU, all taxes will be paid upfront on the TOFT website. No fees or tax will be payable to the local courier before the delivery of your goods. TOFT's IOSS number is IM3720003663. Please be aware that different European countries apply the IOSS rules differently. Some EU member states won't allow some products (for example Poms and haberdashery items) to be imported on IOSS and will charge Tax & fees on the full value of the order. If the courier charges tax or fees on your order, please get in touch. We won't be able to refund any fees, but we can refund the tax you've paid on our website (20%).

REST OF WORLD: Our website calculates a 20% VAT discount (shown as ‘order discount’ at checkout) on any vat-able items in your basket (this excludes books and printed materials). Upon arrival in your country, you may be asked to pay tax, customs duties and/or an admin or clearance fee. The specific rates will be set by your country and vary subject to location. For Australia, fees are likely to apply on orders over £400 and for the USA over £500. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by TOFT. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch with us directly.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Any UK orders placed before 12:00 midday will be shipped the same day and will aim to arrive the next working day (Please note that delivery can take slightly longer at peak times and is not always guaranteed). Any EU orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day and will arrive within 2-3 working days depending on customs. International delivery time varies from country to country and can be affected by customs checks. Please be aware that we cannot ship to PO Boxes when Express International delivery is selected. This service does not apply during weekends and bank holidays.

CLICK AND COLLECT (subscriptions only): Please contact our Customer Care Team via help@toftuk.com or 01788 810626 to organise a socially distanced collection slot. Your order will then be ready to collect from a safe location at TOFT HQ, Toft Lane, Dunchurch, Warwickshire CV22 6NR during our opening times (Monday-Friday 9 am - 4 pm).

CURRENT TOTE 
All orders including yarn (excludes complete kits) from www.toftuk.com will come packed in a complementary cotton tote bag. Current design by team members Evie and Rosie.

HOW WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE? Yarn orders will also be packed into a complimentary TOFT cotton tote project bag (as above) as standard. Should you wish to not receive this. Then please tick the ‘Remove Packaging’ option at checkout. 

SENDING DIRECT TO A GIFT RECIPIENT? That's fine! Just update the shipping address accordingly.
