TOFT HQ remains closed to the public including collections for online orders and subscriptions. Until we confirm otherwise, we will no longer offer workshops, coffee and cake, social browsing or visitors to our shop.

STANDARD UK: The £50 order value does not include digital content (for example, pattern downloads or workshop bookings) or any of our subscriptions, even when paired with other physical items.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK): This option is available for UK mainland orders only. Any orders placed before midday will be shipped same day and will arrive within 1-2 working days. This service does not apply during weekends and bank holidays.
CLICK AND COLLECT: Orders are ready to collect two working days after order placement from TOFT HQ, Toft Lane, Dunchurch, Warwickshire CV22 6NR during studio opening times (Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm) or Monday-Friday by giving us a call on 01788 810626 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Click and Collect orders are available for collection for 14 days from order placement.
COLLECT FROM SHOW: Orders for this service may be made up until the Friday before the show, as outlined when making your show selection. Please also note we are unable to add anything to your order after this closing date.
INTERNATIONAL: When possible we send international orders tracked. Please see the list below for countries eligible for tracked postage. Parcels sent to countries uneligible for tracked postage will be sent with Royal Mail, but with an untracked service. Any duty and taxes will be charged based on the import laws of your country. These are based on the value of the goods inside the box. We will attach a CN22 customs information sticker to every international box which states the value.

HOW WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE? Here at TOFT we take pride in the way our orders are picked, packed, packaged and posted to you. All orders are carefully picked by hand at HQ by the TOFT Team and wrapped with love before being packaged up and sent to you via the delivery methods below. Yarn orders will also be placed in a TOFT cotton tote bag.
PLEASE NOTE: all TOFT parcels are sent within 2 working days of order placement, unless otherwise stated on the product description (for example, on items available for pre-order). The delivery time estimation below is after dispatch from TOFT HQ. We are able to offer individual parcel tracking on UK Orders only.
SENDING DIRECT TO A GIFT RECIPIENT? That's fine! Just update the shipping address accordingly. If you leave a gift message in notes we'll pop it on to a gift note for you to accompany the order.
