For all international customers our website calculates a 20% VAT discount (shown as ‘order discount’ at checkout) on any vat-able items in your basket (this excludes books and printed materials).
Upon arrival in your country you may be asked to pay tax, customs duties and/or an admin or clearance fee. The specific rates will be set by your country and vary subject to location. The duties and tax rates will be calculated based on the value of your order which we will declare on a CN22/CN23 form attached to the outside of your parcel. For shipments to the EU these charges generally apply on orders £19 and over (although this amount can vary). For Australia fees are likely to apply on orders over £400 and for the USA over £500. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by TOFT. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch with us directly.
STANDARD UK: The £50 order value does not include digital content (for example, pattern downloads or workshop bookings) or any of our subscriptions, even when paired with other physical items.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL: When possible we send international orders tracked. Please see the list below for countries eligible for tracked postage. Parcels sent to countries uneligible for tracked postage will be sent with Royal Mail, but with an untracked service. Any duty and taxes will be charged based on the import laws of your country. These are based on the value of the goods inside the box. We will attach a CN22 customs information sticker to every international box which states the value.
EXPRESS DELIVERY UK: Any orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day and will arrive next working day with a predicted 1-hour delivery window. This service does not apply during weekends and bank holidays. Mainland UK only.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: Any orders placed before midday (GMT) will be shipped the same day. Delivery time varies from country to country and can be affected by customs checks. When selected, we will ship Express International items with the fastest available service.
CLICK AND COLLECT (subscriptions only): Please contact our Customer Care Team via email@example.com or 01788 810626 to organise a socially distanced collection slot. Your order will then be ready to collect from a safe location at TOFT HQ, Toft Lane, Dunchurch, Warwickshire CV22 6NR during our opening times (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm).

EXPRESS DELIVERY (EU): This option is available for EU orders only. Any orders placed before midday will be shipped the same day and will arrive within 2-3 working days. This service does not apply during weekends and bank holidays.
HOW WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE? Here at TOFT, we take pride in the way our orders are picked, packed, packaged and posted to you. All orders are carefully picked by hand at HQ by the TOFT Team and wrapped with love before being packaged up and sent to you via the delivery methods below. Yarn orders will also be placed in a TOFT cotton tote bag.
PLEASE NOTE: all TOFT parcels are sent within 2 working days of order placement unless otherwise stated on the product description (for example, on items available for pre-order). The delivery time estimation below is after dispatch from TOFT HQ. We can offer individual parcel tracking on UK Orders only.
SENDING DIRECT TO A GIFT RECIPIENT? That's fine! Just update the shipping address accordingly. If you leave a gift message in notes we'll pop it on to a gift note for you to accompany the order.
