Pride month at TOFT
At TOFT we understand and value the importance of Pride Month, and our community will always be a safe place that is inclusive and equal for all. We are very pleased to be working in partnership with The Proud Trust for the re-release of our Pride Ram kit.
Dougie’s back - bolder, brighter and even more proud than ever before!
For this crochet project you have a choice of up to eight colours to crochet your own pride flag horns for Dougie the Ram. TOFT will donate £3 from every crochet kit purchased to The Proud Trust to support work throughout the whole country for the LGBTQ+ youth community.
THIS KIT CONTAINS: 100g of Cream TOFT's luxury British DK wool + 25g in a colour of your choice. You can add up to 200g of extra colours (£6/25g) in TOFT's luxury British DK wool in the colours of your choice. You will need to select ‘no thanks’ from any remaining dropdown menus to fly your flag with pride.
Alongside the re-release of Dougie our crochet pride project we will be running a prize competition “guess the name” competition where the full proceeds will be going to The Proud Trust.
Each ticket is worth £1 and you will get a chance to win one of ten goodie bags available with TOFT merchandise and products inside worth over £250. We’ve been sure to pop some TOFT collectables in there and some limited edition stock. So dig deep to support a charity and keep those fingers crossed!
The winners will be selected on the 5th July 2021
You can increase your chances of winning by entering as many times as you like. £1 + the correct answer = 1 entry.
Each prize bundle will be different but include items with a combined RRP of £250 or more including handdyed yarn, Kerry Lord's books, pin badges and a guaranteed 10 patches in each bag including Hank the Sheep, Joanna the Lobster, Kerry the Chameleon, Bryce the Shark, Rebecca the Sea Turtle, Florence the Orca, Estella the Clockwork Nightingale, Bridget the Elephant, Emma the Bunny and Pascal the Mandarin Duck. Each bag will also be guaranteed to include 25g of Black, Chestnut, Ruby, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Amethyst pure wool TOFT DK.
The prize draw is open to all customers from any geographical location. You must be age 16 years or over to take part in the competition. Prizes are non-transferable. All correct answers will go through to a draw where the winners will be selected at random on Monday 5th July and contacted via email. Delivery charges at checkout do not apply to this item. This competition has been established in order to raise money for charity. However, you can also enter without making a donation by sending in a short note with the answer to the question above to 'TOFT Charity Competition, TOFT Studio, Toft Lane, Dunchurch, Warwickshire, CV22 6NR'. All printed hard copy entries must arrive by 4:30pm on Friday 2nd July.
The Proud Trust provide help with Gender, Sexuality, Coming out, finding your local LGBTQ+ youth groups and where to get support.
The Proud Trust also delivers training opportunities for teachers and youth professionals, creating LGBTQ+ positive resources for schools, colleges, and in an array of youth settings, to equip them all in being fully LGBTQ+ inclusive in their practice, policy, and curriculum.
