Here at HQ we’ve been travelling through tiles, researching and exploring repeat patterns and geometric shapes. Each pattern has been designed using a palette of four colours, our main collection having been made with Cream, Teal, Yellow and Sapphire representing the tiled architecture of Lisbon. There are a further four-colour palettes that have been set for this collection, each capturing the colours of the tiles of a different city: Paris, Amsterdam and Rome.

We are also proud to introduce a very unique animal to the menagerie with this collection: Morris. Inspired by the works of textile artist William Morris, his colours and and embroidered patterning make him fit perfectly amongst the other designs. The ‘Birds’ pattern was registered in 1878. Morris designed it for the walls of the drawing room of his family home, Kelmscott House, London, in which they lived from 1878 until his death in 1896. It continued in production once Morris & Company established textile production and it was then produced in three colorways.
