USA Postage Update

Dear customers in the USA,
We are very pleased to reinstate standard shipping to the USA on both our website www.toftuk.com and our subscriptions website this evening (19:00) and as a result have reduce our postage charges back to as they were pre the August changes. TOFT parcels to the USA will now ship under the DPPD system where we will automatically collect and pay all duties and tariff charges from you when you check out from our website and your parcel will arrive with you free of any further charges in the USA so you can be certain there are no extra hidden costs. Your basket total as you checkout will be the full amount you pay to receive your goods delivered to your door.
Thank you so much for your continued support as we have worked fast to find a way to make sure you can still receive your TOFT parcels without unexpected extra costs. We will be in touch with all USA subscribers to clarify any changes in shipping costs before the next instalments are packed.

Dear customers in the USA,
As you are no doubt aware huge import changes come into place for the USA on the 29th August.
After much investigation to the best of our ability we have enough information to make the decision that’s best for you to continue to be able to receive TOFT parcels across the pond. The most efficient and cost effective way for us to ship to the USA for the time being will be exclusively through a courier express service. Standard delivery is no longer an option, and 10% tariff on the value of the items in your order will be due as your parcel clears customs in the USA.
We will continue to re-access how we can offer the best service in response to any further customs updates and will strive to reinstate the Standard Delivery service as soon as possible once we have reassurance that you will not automatically incur a flat rate $80 charge on every parcel through this system.
Please note that if you refuse to pay the 10% tax in order to receive a parcel and it is returned to us we will not be able to refund postage, tax or any administration fees incurred.
Navigating fast changes like this is difficult for us all, and we will constantly monitor the evolving situation and alter shipping costs accordingly. Don’t forget we have now got an established network of incredible independent TOFT stockists across the USA with a great range of kits all of whom have stock both in their stores and for immediate shipping online.
