TOFT's pure wool range is seriously luxurious, spun in Yorkshire from the finest fleeces. Our pure wool yarns are versatile and can be used for most knitting and crochet patterns creating wonderful amigurumi toys, garments for adults and babies, and a full range of accessories.

THIS KIT CONTAINS: 75g of TOFT's luxury DK wool in the colours of your choice. Shown here using:
Main colour: 50g Cream
Contrast colour: 25g Charcoal
Pom pom: Pink

The knitting pattern is provided digitally in .pdf format. You can download this from a link that will appear in your MY TOFT area and at the bottom of your order confirmation email, which you can save or print at your own convenience.

YOU WILL NEED: 4mm (60cm) circular needles. This hat is knitted in the round.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.

VITAL STATS: Hat measures approximately 23cm from crown to base when flat after washing and blocking.

IT WILL TAKE: approximately 5-10 hrs knitting time.

COLOUR CHOICES: This pattern is shown here in Charcoal and Cream with a Pink alpaca fur pom pom.

A NOTE ON POM POMS: Alpacas are not killed for their fur. The alpaca fur products stocked by TOFT are made from the skins of young alpacas which have unfortunately died through natural causes in Peru. Alpaca pelts are purchased from indigenous farmers and used to create items such as these alpaca fur pom poms. We feel that alpaca fur, when sourced in this way, is an ethical fur product as the alpacas are not harmed to any demand and the farmer gets a monetary return on the loss of income cause by the death of one of the herd.
