Keep yourself cosy, whatever the weather, with the gorgeous Althorp Hat. Designed as part of TOFT's Autumn 2025 collection, this hat uses the 'front post' and 'back post' treble techniques to create a woven fabric that makes the most of the warm, soft DK yarn it uses. Perfect topped off with a deliciously fluffy pom pom!

TOFT's fashion-led accessory and garment patterns are designed to be simple, stylish and fun to make while showcasing the quality of the fibre and yarn. Working with TOFT wool is always a pleasure, and we hope that you enjoy the softness and warmth that TOFT yarn provides.

THIS KIT CONTAINS: 125g of TOFT's luxury DK pure wool yarn in the colours of your choice and an optional alpaca Pom Pom (shown here in Silver and Camel).

The crochet pattern is provided digitally in .pdf format. You can download this from a link that will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation email and in your MY TOFT library. You can log in and re-download the pattern at your convenience.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your hat you will need a few added extras including a 4mm crochet hook, stitch marker and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section.

SIZE: Choose from two size options within the pattern to fit head circumference of up to 54cm or 60cm.

SKILL LEVEL: Easy - This kit is suitable for enthusiastic beginners or those who have crocheted before.

IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 5-10 hours crochet time.
